Isn’t it magnificent and perplexing to be human? I have been a professional guide in the human realms for more than three decades and my path has been a winding one. Following my own curiosity, I have gradually come to understand - and then to love - ordinary human struggle and beauty. I am blessed by generous teachers and often surprised to discover profound gifts and tools in unexpected places. I find I love the crossroads. Where brain science meets ancient philosophy, we encounter awareness and the potential for change. Where ecology and earth mysteries meet psychology, we grasp the organic nature of the self. Where the human body meets the earth body, we find the power of plant medicines and heart medicines for healing and evolution. My work is informed by expertise and wonder, by extensive professional training and my own explorations of non-ordinary experience, by play and precision and prayer, in turns. It is my pleasure to guide your own journey along the path made by walking.
